  • Coordinate meetings, teams & clients. Give presentations. Overcome roadblocks & resolve technical challenges. Elevate issues to work through challenges. Reliably online remotely 6am–7pm EST.
  • Analyze, monitor, troubleshoot, evangelize, consult, administer, support, reports, maintain 365/SP.
  • Manage Site Content, graphics, branding, navigation, user permissions, policies, pages & web parts.
  • Configure Domains, backups, resource quotas, access, features and other central admin settings.
  • Tier 1 & 2 support. Manage Help Desk. Train the help desk staff, admins & power-users.
  • Configure/Administer Exchange, monitor Service Health, manage user accounts\licenses, service requests, spam filtering experience.
