My goal is to help you use SharePoint to increase efficiency and productivity adding to your ROI on this powerful tool. I work closely with you and your staff to build a solution that meets your needs.
I bring a wide scope of skills to build your solution. This includes licensing, architecture, design, development, and training. I prefer OOB (Out of Box) but I can bring in custom developers & remote administration in a wide variety of technologies within Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, mobile apps, 1&1 and other solutions.
Company history
This company was founded in 2009 in Minneapolis, MN by Rob Moses and is now based in Winchester, VA. The name comes from the 1970s book, Dune by Frank Herbert, and was first utilized in the name of my exotic animal sanctuary and ranch in Boise ID. Prior to that I was a Project Manager building Network Management Systems like Spectrum and HP Openview for clients all over the country.
I also worked 13 years with the California Franchise Tax Board building and maintaining their network. I live on a small ranch in northwestern Virginia with my animals. My daughter, Tiffany, is VP and the glue keeping me & my company organized.
My team is composed of SharePoint specialists as well as experts with PHP, databases, Exchange, web development, and more.
I have more than 30 years experience in IT and a long list of satisfied customers (with many now counted as friends) in my 30 years. While I’ve moved around for medical reasons, I’ve got all of my past clients and neighbors as good friends demonstrating that I must be doing something right. I whelp you solve your challenges!
I have many resources to draw from. Offshore resources such as my partner firms are highly skilled and work well under my Project Management. I provide very competitive rates, timely work and strong solutions to precisely meet client needs by working closely with my clients users and managers.
I specialize in Office 365, building a variety of solutions including HR onboarding\management, forms management, inventory control, reporting systems, project\production tracking dashboards, library management, custom process workflows, multiple limited sync intranet sites (like for departments or related companies or client sites) and much more! Governance (permissions/access control) is a specialty as well.
We can also provide on site resources (at higher cost) and either I, as Project Manager, or a Project Manager, can visit your site frequently to make sure we are on track and answer questions, give demonstrations, confur with stakeholders, etc. We also provide monthly administration and Help Desk support services, either Tier 1 complete service or Tier 2 to back up your administrators and power users.
